THE BACHELORETTE | WHY DO I STILL WATCH THIS?

So. The Bachelorette. Honestly, I started watching these shows because they are actually hilarious, and what else are you going to do during hot summer Monday nights? Well, I am so glad that I have made the decision to continue watching this season because WHAT. It's only like two weeks in and there is so much drama already! And it's not even involving JoJo, the Bachelorette! *SPOILERS AHEAD*

So, if you have been watching this season you know that all the excitement starts and ends with Chad. Like who is this guy?! As a lady myself, I would never ever want to be with someone like Chad, even if that's not how he actually acts day-to-day. The fact that he can get that way is crazy! When 20 people have a problem with you, that says something. Especially guys, since guys usually don't get into drama and have huge problems like girls do. That being said, it is quite hilarious to see what is going to happen next with him! Of course they need to make a TV show, so they need someone to make it interesting.

There are so many things to say about this season and it hasn't even really started yet! To recap last night's episode, Chad makes an ass of himself, Evan tries to rile him up, and the boys need a security guard to protect them while sleeping. Needless to say, JoJo is definitely not the star of this season. Only a few guys have stood out to me thus far, namely Jordan, but that could be because the focus is on only like 5 guys and the rest fade into the back.

Okay, back to Chad. Was he really eating a whole sweet potato last night while talking to the professional Canadian, Daniel? Then he brought out some lettuce like what? He is like a human garbage disposal. Every shot is of him eating, lifting weights, or punching something/throwing insults. GROSS.  Also what was with grabbing Evan's shirt and yanking him back right in front of JoJo? It doesn't matter what the reason was, not a smart move to try and get physical with someone right in front of her! That just sets off red flags and screams "aggressive RUN!" Then for his turn to tell a funny sex story he makes it serious and then tries to kiss JoJo, who totally rejects it. Double GROSS. Especially a first kiss, why would you want to kiss her in front of a ton of other guys! Not cool.

I can't even get all my thoughts together on this one because it is so unbelievable. But I do have to say this is going to be one interesting season of The Bachelorette, especially if Chad is kept around for a while. Can't wait to see what happens tonight and the fights that are going to happen! Also, last minute thought, but if I was Chad I would not be messing with a Marine, AKA Alex. He may be short, but he could probably f*** you up!

UPDATE: After last night's episode, I now know Chad is also a former Marine. Well still if you are a Marine you know how other ones are and how tough they are so don't fuck with them!

Until next time,

Britt
